The menu speaks for itself: “We peel, we fillet, we simmer: all our meals are home-made!” Chef, Daniel GALL, is passionate about French traditional cooking and offers a "homemade" cuisine with fresh products. A 25-euro menu (starter + main course + dessert), but also a wide selection on the menu including mussels, seafood and fish. Every day, he proposes a dish of the day and suggestions for fish, starter or dessert. In the afternoon, LE VAUBAN has an ice creams and pancakes menu. Your taste buds will enjoy traditional cuisine served by an enthusiast. The warm setting, welcoming terrace and gently jazzy music invite you to relax and enjoy.
